OMG!!! This is HARD!!

I am going crazy looking for a radio online.

I am tempted to keep using my Airtronics RD6000 (Nothing wrong with it, I just need a new TX for a company project and I want to use the new one for my own planes as well).

I want to continue using the RX's I have for it, (positive shift, dual conversion, ch 50). I think that limits me to JR...doesn't it?

Any advice would be helpful. I'm trying to make a decision before noon tomorrow, this project is for my company and my partners dun understand RC/ build time or radios at all.

Thanks

Hard to suggest one way or another with the little info. If you want something other then JR you can use the Hitec Eclipse radio. It can be used for positive and negative shift systems.

Take a look at Polk Hobby's new Tx. It has frequency synthesizing, so you can use it with any freq, any brand Rx (it also automatically adapts to pos or neg shift). It has a built in frequency scanner to ensure that the channel you pick isn't in use, and won't let you pick one being used.. The Rx that comes with it can also be used on any freq, is 8 channel. The Tx also has a 99 model memory, digital trims, whole works. Sells for $200. There's a write-up in this month's MAN mag. A guy in our club just bought its little brother (less features) and loves it.
