Best Extra 300
Ok guys who makes the best Extra 300? Let me narrow it down a little farther. 80" wingspan and below. Also mention if it has plug in wings or not. Appreciate any replys.
Thanks, Mike |

I like the Great Plains Patty Wagstaff Extra 300s ARF 78" wing span, covered in MonoKote, gorgeous cowl plug-n wings and stab. I really like mine. I haven't flow in but I have been told by those that have flown them they fly great. No bad habits. Will do the 3D stuff if you are into that.
There is a major thread here devoted to this airplane. Worth the 2 hr read if you are interested in this airplane. Regards, Andy |
Take a peek at Yellow Aircraft
We've flown the Yellow Aircraft Extra 300Ls (both the 60 and 120-size) and adored them. Stunning quality and looks, fantastic flying characteristics, etc make this series a must-have in the collection. Whether it's the best is debatable.... but they're beautiful birds.

Best Extra 300
I'd have to throw in a vote for the Creek Hobbies Extra. It may not be THE best quality, but its not too far behind and at about half the price of a lot of the arf's at 200 its hard to pass up. Plug in wings as well.

Best Extra 300
I have the Sig Extra, and while it's a very good aircraft, I would give my vote for the GP Wagstaff Extra. A fellow club member has one and it is exceptional.
