Pulse XT "Epoxy Wings"

Hi,

I have about 3 gallons on my Pulse. This is my first plane. Should I go ahead and epoxy the wings together? I am flying it a little harder now and was wondering if glueing the wings would add strength.

Thanks

IT will make them a bit stronger. The wing isn't that large any way so I don't see a big advantage to having to assemble them at the field each time. If it were me I would glue them together. [8D]

I glued mine together before I ever flew it...used "gorilla glue"...

I also figured that the wing is not really big enough to require dis-assembling (unless you have a really small car or something ) and just like the peace of mind that gluing 'em together gives me.

I like to do snaps, and pull G's...and another reason is that several trainers I've seen with that set-up have loosened up over time.

I have not received my Pulse Kit yet but I have already read through the instructions and I planned to epoxy the wings together as well as epoxy the tail on as per the optional secton of the instructions. I was also planning on fuel proofing the firewall area with some epoxy unless someone else has a better way to do it. Fuel proof paint maybe??
