I posted this question in engine thread,got no response so here goes.I have a OS61FX,and wants a tuned pipe/Muffler to increase HP also something loud in sound,what is ideal

Why do you want it loud? Loud doesn't make it better or faster. Loud planes is the main reason flying sites are forced to shut.

Some people like the throaty sound and fly by themselves in remote areas. :D

Kingtight,

Come fly at my field, the people here love loud plane or two. In fact, we have weekends where we see who has the loudest pipe. I personnally own the flying field, so what I say goes. In fact I own everything around the flying field. Its 3 miles from the nearest town and is perfect for guys like your self. Good luck with your loud pipe. The loudest pipes we found are the old simcos, search on ebay, you'll find a pipe or two.
