Phoenix Extra 300s setup
 

Can anyone with this plane advise on any setup tips that may save some grief? I just got this plane, it looks like a very good quality ARF. I am installing a new Magnum 46. Any tips appreciated. I hope this engine runs OK, I read mixed reviews on it!

Did you every get you 300S up in the air with the .46? I am wondering if a .46 has enough power. I am thinking of getting this plane, so how did she do?

I've got an OS .46 AX on mine and it flies great. Not unlimited vertical, but that's not what I'm looking for ...

Thanks for the reply MA. I have a TT .46 Pro and was considering the Tower .75
How was the balance with the .46? Did you have to add any nose weight? That would help me with the 5 oz heavier .75

FWIW, I added no weight at all, managed to balance based on battery placement.
