Hydrofoam/Hydroplane Do they work?

Do the Hydrofoams/Hydroplanes/flydroboats work.(not sure what the specific name is) im looking to get one but want to know if the really work. its the thing that like a car/boat/plane all in one. thanks

The only one that I ever saw "worked" but was little more than a toy with a short (and vastly underpowered) flight.
I guess there must be some of better quality out there. Try looking on YTUBE for a vid of one.

not sure where you are in skills, but hydrofoams ARE NOT beginner airplanes....(maybe the airhogs one is....but that is more of a toy)
good ones fly OK...but they are a handfull
