Dave Patrick Models - Is he still OPEN?
 

I have called their number to confirm my order for a DP Edge 540T and have heard nothing. No voice mail, no message machine, No return call. ARE THESE PEOPLE OPEN?
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

if you ordered by internet and paid by cc you can check your bank but i don't think their open anymore

This has been going on a very long time. Call your CC company and cancel it.

From what I've read he was too overwelmed with business for his 2 person operation. I guess he never was able to smoothly expand. (speculation)

Too bad is right. Great products but no customer service!
