I have my rates on elevator set for about 1/2 or a little less. I use 40% on elevator and 25% on ailerons. I fly with my thumbs. If you fly with your fingers, you will need about 10%-15% less expo.

No, I think that you need negative expo on Futaba and positive expo on JR.
