Goldberg Ultimate

Does anyone have any reasons why not to run a Saito inverted on the Goldberg Ultimate? I think I have seen a few inverted installations. I run all my saitos inverted and have yet to have any problems - flooding or otherwise.

I don't understand. You say you run all your engines inverted without a problem. What is so different about the Goldberg Ultimate ? I had one for 10 years and it is just like any other bipe - except it flies better than most :D

I was just wondering why most folks ran their engines side mounted on this particular model thats all.

I Have a Satio 150 in mine and have it mounted sideways. This directs the exhaust out the bottom, and keeps the head out of harms way in the unlikely event of a nose strike, makes attaching the hot shot easier, and looks better, as the Ultimate has a very long tapered nose that has a lot more room side to side, than on the bottom. The Pitts and Christian Eagle I mount inverted.

BTW, of those three, the Ultimate is hands down, the best flying, for everything other than tumbling maneuvers.
