Swallow vs Swallow EX

Does anyone know the true differences between the Swallow and the Swallow EX planes from Giant Scale Planes? According to GSP's web site, the EX has a foam-core wing. However, the Flair web site (http://www.ss16.dial.pipex.com/Furth...rames_page.htm) suggests that only the cowl and covering schemes are different.

The web site says...

different color scheme and cowl.....other than that. The same.

Swallow vs Swallow EX

I own a Swallow EX. I understand that there has been some strengthening of the design due to a number of in-flight failures.
