Graupner Extra 300S Horizontal Stab Problems
 

I have a Graupner Extra 300S the problem is with the Horizontal Stab it snapped in mid flight causing the plane to slam into the ground reading the manual it states it is covered for 24 months against manufacture and or material defects. After reading posts on this web site I find out that I am not the only one to have this same problem and that even graupner is sending out retro kits to fix this problem.

My question is I bought the plane from HobbyLobby and will be sending them a email explaining my problem. Has anyone out there had any luck getting there plane replaced do to a ovious manufacture problem and does anyone have a email address for graupner :confused: ??????
