Verticall tail not straight

I am building a Thunder Tiger Super Decathlon, when I glued the the tail together the tape I used to hold it straight had fallen off, when I came back it had all ready dried. If I put a square against the tail there is a 1/8 inch gap on the bottom. It is centered just slightly tilted to one side.My question is will the plane still fly ok or will I have to fix it,if I do have to fix it can any one tell my how I have no idea how to straight the vertical tail.

Thanks John

RE: Verticall tail not straight

Install tail wires and pull it straight with them. Then hit it with your heat gun to relax the covering to the new position. Should be fine. It will fly the way it is, but that will take care of the slight adjustment if you like.

Doubt if there will be a noticeable problem unless you are a really accomplished flyer striveing for perfection in competition.

You will probably need a bit of aileron trim to compensate but shouldn't be too bad. [8D]
