Canopy Trim tape??
1 Attachment(s)
Hey guys. I have a Hobbico Extra 300S ARF I put together awhile ago. This plane is no longer in production but I found it on ebay awhile back. I recovered it in silver and black. Anyways When i cut out the canopy to install it the trim tape it came with was not the right color. I tried using thin strips of covering material to trim the canopy but it wrinkled bad and never sat right on the canopy. What methods do you guys use to trim this style canopy? I included a couple pics for reference. Any suggestions or tips would be helpful. Thanks! :D
