VQ ARFs

Has anyone built and flew one of those VQ ARFs. They look great and the couple of reviews I read said they were excellent quality ARFs, but no one has stated how they fly. I am most interseted in the A6M5 Zero and plan to put a .91 4stroke on it.
Thanks

VQ ARFs

I have a Spacewalker and it flies great. Some of the wood is soft in a couple of places (mostly just sheeting).....and I worried about it's ability to hold up over the long haul, but so far so good...it's had a few rough landings and I haven't had a problem yet. I DIDN'T like the fact that there were no blind nuts for the engine and main gear mounts.....the covering is OK, but not quite as nice as monokote or ultracote.

VQ ARFs

The VQ Zero flies great and tracks like an arrow. However, it lands pretty quick. It has a tendency to tip stall if you come in too slow. Mine had 65 flights on it before my rx battery pack failed. I had a YS FZ63 in mine, and the plane really hauled. You might want to do a search in this forum and in the warbird forum for "VQ Zero" or "VQ ARF" because there were threads about these in the past.
