RCU boots Stingerman,to late for me

Stingerman, real name John Marshall of Bronson Mi.Took me for 160.00.
After 3 months of trying to get my money back I filed a complaint against him,in return he now told me I will never get my money back.I knew I was in trouble when about a month ago RCU suspended him because he took 500.00 for a heli, and the buyer never recieved it.Look it up.I'm being real public about this because this is the only way we can protect ourselves.
P.S.John says there are nothing but losers on RCU.

Since you know his name and home town. Have you thought about calling the police in his hometown? They may not be able to do anything about getting your money , but you could make trouble for him. Could be the cops now him as the local a-hole and would would enjoy a chance to give him a rash of sh*t.

Since you are both in the same state, have you considered filing a small claims case against him?

It's a small expense on your part, but I'll bet it will REALLY shake him up!

You are likely to get your refund before you would ever have to appear.

Additionally, if he defrauding people over the internet, there's a chance that the feds will go after him. It's up to you to make them aware of it though. I'd go for it - the vast majority of the people here are good, honest people whom you can trust. We need to flush the jerks that aren't.

Did you by chance pay with a postal money order or send the payment through the mail? If you did either, the postal inspectors will be interested. If you mailed the payment and he didn't send the item then he used the postal service to defraud you. Any time the mail is used in any way on a fradulant tranaction it's called mail fraud and they frown on that. You think a visit from the local cops will shake him up, try a visit from a federal law enforcement officer.
