.40 Pt-19 ??

Anybody know of a good quality ARF .40 PT-19? Although I`m not ready yet, I`m wondering if that might be a good first tail dragger that would also qualify as a war bird. Most I`ve seen have been bigger. I`ve got storage space problems! Any help greatly appreciated!

Kyosho used to make a 40 size PT-19. I have one and it's a very smooth and easy flier. It would make a great first tail dragger. I'm sure there are several laying around if you search a little.

In fact, if you are anywhere near central Texas, I'll sell you mine. It has a grand total of 3 flights on it and is setup for an OS .48 surpass. I built it to get my thumbs back in practice after being out of the hobby for 7 years. Everything came back quicker than I thought :)

Hey Bama, I have a House of Balsa PT19 .20 size and it flys great. I know it is smaller than you wanted but tthis thing is a real blast. Although it is a kit it went together very easily.

Hey John

John,
I am located in Dallas.
I might be interested in buying your PT-19.
If you have a good closeup picture please send it to me.
I am interested to know if the turtle deck is built up to look like stringers or if it is just round and smooth.
You can contact me at [email protected]
Thanks in advance.
Charlie

Charlie,
Sent you PM. Pictures are posted at:

The turtledeck is built up and stringered. Ignore the color of the close up of the turtledeck. The lighter color blue is the result of my camera's flash.
