Question: Does 22lbs. sound heavy for a 84 in. ws. This is a Byron Su-26 and it just sounds heavy to me.-Smitty

Yes, very heavy for an 84"plane.Most in that sizeare 15# or less.

An 84" warbird - Corsair, Thunderbolt, etc - would be quite manageable at 22#. That Sukhoi would too, but it wasn't built like the modern 3D planes.

If you want to fly sport aerobatics, it will be fine. For 3D or pattern competition, that plane would be at a bit of a disadvantage.
