Of the planes listed, the Edge will have the slowest, relative, approach.

is there any particular reason why the edge will have the slowest approach??????????????

Due to the design of the wing, (straight leading edge) the center of lift is far forward. This allows for a slower relative speed. A Giles has a higher relative stall speed due to the sweep of the leading edge.

so u think an edge will fly slower than an extra? i no in general extras are good so if the edge is as good or better at slower speeds that has put a big smil on my face:-)

thanks for your info on that anyway.
