Engine For Vector Flight Edge

HI
WAITING FOR MY VECTOR EDGE TO ARRIVE AND I'M UNDECIDED ABOUT THE ENGINE. I'M THINKING MAGNUM 91 FOUR STROKE AS I REALLY LIKE THE MAGNUM ENGINES. ANYONE ELSE USING THIS ENGINE IN THIS PLANE? IF NOT WHAT 4 STROKE DO YOU RECOMEND
THANKS rwg :confused :stupid:

I am waiting until the boss okays the purchase of the VF Edge to order it but I plan on using a Saito 100 in it. I always go with atleast the manufacturers high end of engine range, frequently a bit higher than that.

My only concern is servos. I will likely go with standard JR 537's since VF recommends standards and then upgrade if need be.

Good luck with it. When you get it completed I'd like to hear how the the assembly went, what engine you ended up using and it's flight performance.

you cant beat a saito for reliability and power to wieght ratio magnums are also ggod engines i have a 91 saito and it has caused me 0 problems if it was my decision id go with the saito it is lighter than the magnum and im ny opinion more power

I have flown this plane with a ST75, ST91, and OS91FS and I prefer the 2 stroke for performance, and 4 stroke for sound.
