AK-Models
 

I am letting you all know not to buy anything from AK-MODELS they have no support for what they sell and dont answer Emails or phone calls.I ordered a kit it was missing hardware,after trying to get some answers from Alex for a month of excuses he send me a hardware pack with missing pieces. Now he wont make good on what I paid for with the kit. Nice support, DONT BUY FROM AK-MODELS after he takes your money you mean nothing to him!!!!!!!

Your not the first to have problems with A K Models.  Some of us have learned the hard way that it takes a lot of time to get service from Him.  You have to have persistence.  Haveing done business with Him in the past and haveing issues with the service from Him, I now believe that He tries to do what is right, once He understands the problem.
I do understand how You feel and I'm sure many others do to.  Hang in their.

Sorry you have had a bad experience. I have bought several planes and accessories from Alex over several years with good results, every time. I will continue to do business with him.

I never had any trouble getting him on the phone, or replying to emails regarding a service issue. Maybe you are too rude and difficult to deal with.

hey funflyer , I am about an hour from you how do you like this weather lol , we are getting buried in Lancaster , I work in Northeast Phila so the ride on Thursday wont be fun haha .

A couple of years ago my wife ordered the Mig 29 for me for Christmas. I gave her my Christmas list very late(as usual) but she got me that kit from Alex in a little over a week. It was under the tree Christmas morning. Can't expect much better service than that!

only problem I've had with Alex is I sent him an e-mail once, took him a whole minute to answer,[X(] but this subject does seem to pop up every so often, some where here on RCU is a thread called "AK models good bad and ugly" or something like that. tried to find it but my search skills really suck:(

I bought one of their Mig kits and had one balsa part missing. After talking to Alex, he got it out the next day priority... no charge.

I have bought 5 kits from Alex and always got things prompt and as advertised. I haven't had to try to get any missing parts so I can't vouch for his service after the sale.

I will buy from him, again.
