Need more info. What servos on what airplane and what surfaces are you talking about?
If the servos are digital they will make noise. That would be normal. If they are not digiatl the buzzing could be other problems. Make sure your surfaces are free to move and that the pushrods are free and easy working with no slop in the control system.
