Default Decathalon to Electric

I have a Hobby People Global Decathalon. Its currently flying on an 80 4 cycle and I wish to convert it to electric. This would be my first attempt at converting and need help as to engine size, esc, batteries etc. I am hoping for flight times of 10-15 minutes conservative or more if possible. Anyone have any ideas how I can get started? Thanks
