Syma S33 Not Taking Off
 

I have recently purchased this helicopter and with the bad weather not bad a chance to fly it until today. Battery fully charged and new batteries in controller and went to take off and it struggled. It would get a bout 30cm off the ground then land again.

Rotors are spinning and have full movement of helicopter just no lift.

Could this be a battery issue as it has the original but I do have another. Would changing the rotors make a difference?

Any help would be great
