I have an Align heli starter that I use for my planes and the Lipo pack I bought does not have a sticker on it indicating the capacity of the pack. The original sales receipt had that info which I used to initially charge the pack, but stupidly I threw it away and never saved the settings in my Accucharger. I want to say it's around 2700mah, 3S1P, 16C. I think I could set the charger to a lower capacity, but don't want to end the charge prematurely. Also, not that familiar with Lipos in general, so not sure that's a good thing to do. Thanks.

Use your charger to discharge down to 3.0v/cell. Then charge it back up and note the amount of mAh put back in.

Just set it to something low, like 1Are"> . If it is in fact 2700mAh, it'll take ~2.7 hours (162 minutes) to charge.
If you know it's at least 2000mAh, set the charge rate to 2A. That will take close to 90 minutes to charge if its a 2700mAh pack.
And so on. Just make sure any safety timer is shut off on your charger...
