are these batteries roar legal?
Can I use these batteries legally in a ROAR race?

If not, which ones should I use instead? I don't have very much to spend on Lipos.
Thanks!

RE: are these batteries roar legal?
You should be good to go with them mate as roar doesn't approve lipos with out the hardcase, they want you to use a lipo with a hardcase and not to use lipos with out it,like the ones i also us in my planes which are the soft ones so to speak.
Hope this helps out a bit mate.

Actually, no. They are not approved. They have to have the sticker placement and one of the posts gave it 3 stars for not being ROAR legal.

I, personally, don't like HK's products, so if you can dig into your pockets a little deeper, i recommend these batteries

Sorry, too late. I just purchased the Reedy "Wolfpack" from Tower, as I got the $20 dollar off code from them. Hopefully this will be shipped soon, as it is backordered, It is the 5000 mah 2s 25c version. What do you guys think?
