Have not tried it. Should work with any balance charger- however the charge rate will be limited by the max ampage of your charger.

I do two at a time but even that puts a good load on the charger however it is a bit faster than doing one at a time.  You need a strong charger to really take advantage of it , otherwise you won't be gaining much if anything at all doing multiple batteries at once versus one at a time.

two lipos charging at a time sounds great,

If my charger is rated for 6s lipos won't charging 3x 2s lipos with the paralell charging board be the same as
charging just one 6s On my charger?

No , usually you'll run up against max current first with three 2s packs in parallel.

For ease of manths- let's pretend your charger can put out 10amps. If its rated at 300w it can charge a 30v lipo at 10amps.

Your charger is only 50WATTS.

You will not see much benefit from a parallel board with such a limited charger.

I guess there is some missing info here to make the comparison.

Then we need to nail down the comparison: are we comparing three 2s packs in parallel with three 2s pack in series? If this is a 50 watt 5 amp charger then we can bump into the max current and/or the max power in either case.

More math to do.

It depends on the rate you will use for both and the max rate and power of your charger. We need that missing info to answer this.

I think we have nailed down the charger though. It is 5 amp max and 50 watts , right?

IF you are using 5 amps on just one pack then doing 2 packs in parallel won't really be any faster than doing them one at a time. In otherwords you already have your charger maxxed out for current and current = speed. IF you have been charging at 2 amps then of course doing 2 or 3 packs in parallel will be faster because you'll use 5 or 6 amps.

Let me add this (assuming you use about 5 amps for your 5.2 packs)

With 2 packs you'd use 10 amps and with 3 packs you'd use 15 amps. This would get the job done in 1/2 the time for 2 packs and 1/3 the time for 3 packs. So when shopping for a new charger you may be interested in getting one with 15-20 amps max. Then your parallel board would make a big difference. Hope this helps clear it up.

Defo get a more powerful charger, I still have a 50W charger and bought a powerlab 8 with mpa board. The time saved is worth every penny.
After getting the second battery nearly charged something comes up and i have to put both packs back in storage mode which at 1A takes ages.
With the powerlab 8 I charge both batteries from storage to fully charged in 34minutes. And if i need to store quick I can discharge at 10A unlike the 1A on the 50Watt chargers.

I have bought a slightly larger charger, it's a 150w 7A charger capable of 8s charging

Will I be able to charge 3 x 2s 5200 40c lipos on the parallel board at one time?

Or perhaps even 4 x lipos at once?

Sorry to keep changing this,

I was able to amend the order that I placed yesterday from hobbyking,

I now have a 200w 10A charger ordered with a discharge of 25w but it is only capable of 6s charging,

Can I charge at 10A with 3x 2s 5200 40c batteries on a parallel board?

on a para board it would see it as a single 2s 15600mah battery, would take at least 75min to charge the three together at 10A

Each battery will get about 3amps. Therefore a 5200mah battery will take about 5.2/3 of an hour to charge. The three batteries will be charged in under 2hrs.

Since your packs are low voltage and you look for fast charging then you will require high current more than high voltage. In otherwords shop for a charger with 20-40 amp max regardless of it's wattage.
