Would I be able to charge this 4s pro match lipo with this charger?

Yes it will charge that pack, but it will take 2 hours or more to charge. That charger is only good for 55watts and 7 amps, which equates out to a little over 3 amp charge rate (less than 1/2C).

This charger would be much more suited to that pack and any packs you might need in the future and is cheaper than what you listed. http://www.progressiverc.com/icharger-106b.html
If a little more money wouldn't break the bank then I highly suggest going on up to the iCharger 306b is a great charger that you will never outgrow. http://www.progressiverc.com/icharger-306b.html
