I have a lot of proprietary batteries,,,,what’s the best way to determine a storage charge on them,,,I’ve tried timing it several times,,,but still unsure of its status,,,it would be nice if there was sure shot way to determine a storage state on these batteries....is there such a thing? Any suggestions?..thanks guys.....

Yes there is. Kinda expensive tho. Search Amazon for battery chargers. You'll find a few there.
