Default Charging my Futaba Tx 2000mah Life battery

I am currently using a 3S Life 9.9 volt 2000 mah battery which has two power leads and one balance lead in my Futaba Tx.. My normal way of charging it has been to remove it from the Tx and Balance Charge it. I am now thinking rather than removing the battery every time to charge, is it okay to leave the battery connected to the Tx and Balance Charge it through the spare power lead and the balance lead.

Just charge it normally, I'd only balance charge once in a while, balancing becomes an issue during high current draw applications, not transmitters with a fairly low draw
