Default LIPO Batteries

I'M fairly new to this hobby and have a question about LIPO batteries. I'm sure it's been answered before so please bare with me. I have 4 brand new 4S batteries and I'm not going to be using them for several weeks. Should I put them in my plane and run them down by just running the motor? If the answer is yes how low a % should I drop them to? Thanks.
