A Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFe) cell's full charge voltage is 3.6v per cell.

The "working voltage" is around 3.2. In a "6.6v" pack, that would be two cells wired in series (2S).
The fully charged voltage for a 2S LiFe is 7.2v (assuming the 2 cells are in balance with each other)

The capacity of the cells (2200mAh) would not affect their full charge voltage.

Your best option (in my opinion) is to purchase LiFe packs made from A123 or Lithium Werks cells. They are of the highest quality cells available. The flat packs are not as good and will not last as long.
