Default Charging an overdischarged LiPo

Hello. I have a TP 3cell 1320 that is reading 8.65 volts. How do I charge this? My electrifly polycharge 4 won't do it. Probably cause it may not be safe. The discharge was light as in it was just powering my reciever and ECS. It was not drained that far by flying. It a cold pack sitting in my grage.
Update, I put in infront of a heater to warm it up. Then put it on the polycharger and now its charging. I'll charge it on the cement floor incase its bad. Also, the pack is not puffy or anything. Its in perfect shape. Should I contuinue to use this pack, its fairly new?

8.65 for a three cell pack is fairly well discharged, but not below the drop dead point. Just charge it and fly. Some of the chargers on the market are marginal at best in determining if they should charge or not. Seems like they don't know much more about charging than the poor guy trying to use them. If its not puffed don't sweat it.

Charged and flying well. No apparent loss of capacity. Not puffy, solid as a rock. Guess I'll keep flying it.
