Ok, I'll be using 3 lead acid batteries (6V each, 10amphours) and my electric car will be using a full 10 amps w/ its 4 motors, servos, electronics, cameras, and transmitter and receiver. Can lead acid withstand that much drain without dying quickly after several recharge cycles?

Yes, as long as you do not discharge them to deeply. Check Red's www.rcbatteryclinic.com for good info on the care and feeding of your batteries.
