Default LiPO for Transmitters

Is it a problem to run a 11.1 LiPO in a Futaba 9C transmitter? I'm used to seeing 11.1-11.3v on a charged NiMH. My charged LiPO reads 12.3v. Will that damage a transmitter?

I use 3S lipo's in my JR 8103 and 9303. When i charge them, i just don't let them peak, shut off the charger at approx. 11.5v. Never had a problem and only charge a few times per season.
