somebody told me there is a online hobby shop i think they said in california that has cheap lipo batteries and 2.00 shipping rates but they could not remember the name of it.anybody have a clue what it might be?

I don't know about that one but here is one on the east coast with good lipos and $4.00 shipping.

How about Hobbyking in Seattle?
Cheap Lipo's but I dont know about their shipping.
Just go to the Hobbyking website and select the USA warehouse
