Help with 33% Extra electrical setup
 

I'm having a problem with the setup on my Extra. My set up is: 2 Futaba hi torque digital servos on the elevators, two on the rudder, one std Futaba for throttle, one for choke with 1500 ma batt, AND 4 Jr digitals on the ailerons connected to a Futaba msa10 (like jr matchbox) with a separate 900 ma batt and switch harness. The problem is the batteries run flat in about fifteen minutes during control testing and setup. Control linkages appear to be free from binding and the mixes appear to be properly done. Did I go way too small with the batteries for this setup or is there another possible problem I haven't thought of? Any help or input is appreciated.
