Battery Pack Question . . .

Hello,

I have some battery packs with some falling off shrink wrap is it bad to wrap the pack with eletrical tape? Thats what i did?/!

yea its not really good but not that bad either it might make ur bats over heat but if their falling appart any way it cant hurt much
