Hyperion EOS5 DP
 

I am thinking of getting on of the Hyperion EOS5 DP to replace a RC power 601BC charger.

There seems to be a couple of ways in which chargers charge.
My RC power charger set in Nicad/Nim mode stops every couple of mins for about 6 seconds to check the battery volt drop. This is ok but it slows up the charge time as this occurs about every 2 mins throughout the cycle.

Does the Hyperion EOS5 DP charger do this as I much prefer a constant uninterrupted charge up until the peak detect cuts in?
