Old Question

I've asked this before (I think on another site) but I want to make sure that I don't fry something.
Can I hook more than one charger to one battery? In other words, can I have two or three chargers going at once from my car battery?
I've heard something about a common ground problem when doing this.

Thanks
Ed

RE: Old Question

Yes, you can hook up more than one charger to your car battery, or any other 12V source for that matter. Where common ground problems come in play is when you hook up two chargers to charge two batteries where the batteries being charged share a common negative, as you have in dual redundant battery packs connected to a receiver, there you have to do one at a time usually.
