Default AirAge in California

Anyone know how to contact AirAge in California. I paid for two sets of plans in sept. I have not received them as of yet. My check cleared my bank on 09/21/11. You can't talk to anyone in Wilton CT that knows anything. Talked with a Cindy, I believe probably in California and she said, " with all the runaround you have been getting I will refund your money and ship the plans. Funny thing is no one knows who Cindy is. Stay tuned for a post from me after 1pm Wednesday if they don't call me back. I will show my check and where Airage stamped it for Deposit only with their checking account #

Don't have to now. they emailed me to say they were giving me a refund. BTW-I crossed out my account and routing # before I would publish it.

Good going, Irish. Glad you got to them. I can understand how this sort of thing would really get under your skin.

Glad that type of crap never happens to me!! The name rings a lot of bells but I don't recall ever doing business with them. Sounds like someone else to avoid. I did have a problem with RCM plans years ago. I got the same story, we will refund the money and send you the plans anways. They really did!!! Sometimes things work out.

I mean, were you bugging them for the whole two months or did you just start before making the post? If it took two months to get your money out of them I'll avoid them. If there was a mistake with shipping your order, but they returned your money after a couple telephone calls then I won't write them off.

Been at it for over 2 months. Several phone calls. I will be happy if they do what they finally said they would do.

If they don't respond to queries from the BBB, which the BBB website shows has happened, i would tend to avoid doing business with them in the future.

Seems like when I got to the right person, they appeared to be very helpful. Time will tell. Just the people that takes the orders are impossible to deal with if you have a problem. At this point I am thinking the problem is being solved.

If everything works like OK I will not bad mouth them. not sure it was the company I had the problem with. I think it was the front end help.

This wasn't a case of not joining, it was a case that when queried by the BBB, they did not respond. It is posted on the BBB website that they are not a member. They had responded to several other cases, there were also cases they did not respond to. It would seem to be in their best interest to respond to BBB inquiries with data to support their position.
I simply would try to find a different solution, this company appears to be a little less than diligent in handling customers.
