I have an old RC plane(Cox/Sanwa servos) with Enya 09-IV engine equipped in it.After a 1 decade of not using it, compression of engines and Servos of plane are in good shape and still working. I tried to start the engine but I noticed that my glow plugs are broken and not glowing when using glow plug igniter. My problem is Im not sure on what kind of Glow plug is installed to the engine because it doesnt come with papers and markings in the installed glow plugs. Also, I already did some research about the glow plugs and I saw that OS no.6 (A3) will work in enya engines. Im not sure on the thread of it because its kinda long compared to os no.6 plug. I have here a photo of my old glow plug that is installed to my old engine. Can someone please give me some tips on what type of glow plugs should I used and what type of glow plug is installed to my engine. Thank you
