New to Electric need help

I have a out of production ESC but dont know how to arm it,. it is a TACTIC TSC600 speed control and i am getting servo response, just no throttle, red light stays on, please tell me what to do

Make sure you are full low throttle and low trim.

You might even need to extend your bottom throttle end point a bit but the best way would be to search out a manual an see how to set the throttle range on the ESC, some are simple, some are a pita
