i posted a message here last week entitled "helllp"
well, i have now flown my new aerobird am successfully on my way to flying with less crashes ( after buying one extra wing and also after paying a tree trimmer/ climber 50.00 ) (don't ask)
I want to thank everyone here for the advice, kind words of encouragement etc.
after i have mastered the aerobird, I will put together the pieces of my wingo ( which smashes very easily ) and fly it. then I will put together the pieces of my zagi fixx and fly it. lastly, i will fly my undamaged thunder tiger sparky ( lastly because it is balsa)
what am i gonna do with all these trainers when I am ready for some intermediate planes? i am running out of space
What helped me most was 1) i found a huge field with no obstructions , so i did not have to panic and could relax
2) the aerobird was much easier for me to fly than any of the others i tried
P.S. If you get the tree climber to throw your plane out of the tree, you will have time to run away without paying, while he is still up there ( that was the tree trimmer's joke not mine!)

WRONG: There are probably more of us self-taught electric flyers, than tutored. Your expen$e has been in different models crashed. I flew them away, forgetting that the wind is stronger, and steadier the higher I Fly.
My CRASHED plane was the Mini Max, and then only because I did too many loops with a non-aerobatic wing construction. I personally am glad to know you and your GUTS to Hang In There.
PS: I've thrown my share of sticks up to knock a firebird out of a tree, and later climbed a tree with a clothes line to recover the wild little "fire chicken"
