i have an electric starter and the plastic spinners break from all of the torque. I was looking at a spinner nut like this one:

i was wondering if i could use it with an electric starter

For a longer lasting rubber insert in your starter, get a Sullivan. I had a smaller spinner nut that was too small to try turning. So, I flipped the "donut" around. Didn't work until I got a Sullivan. However, they aint cheap!
