Default Can someone explain what going on with my plane

Was flying my WM Skyraider Mach II.
When I do a loop with a constant radius it does just fine all the way around. But I tried a loop and after almost the first half(just before it went inverted) I pull the elevator all the way back to make a tight second half.
When I do this, the plane does something like a snap roll, but I'm not inputing any rudder or aileron. I did it a few times, and actually got it looking like a cool maneuver at the top of a loop, but wondering why it would do this, and what causes it.

I hope I explained it clearly.

that is what is called snapping out of a manuever. There is too much elevator throw at max.

A snap roll is a snap right side up or inverted and that as the others have said is exactly what you are doing. At the top of a loop when speed is the slowest is precisely where you do not want more elevator in fact its where you should be letting up back pressure. A heavy scale type is not a 3D airplane let the airplane gain altitude on the way up and plane for the vertical room you need.

You have too much throw in the elevator. Ease back on the elevator and you will solve your problem

O.K. Thanks for the help.
It looks really cool, and I can manipulate it a little too.
I'll just keep even elevator input for a proper loop.

Isn't what back wing describes a high speed stall? The wings change their angle of attack to fast and the plane quits flying. My Sig SE and any other Extra or Extra type plane will usually do this on que everytime full up elevator is applied.

its the first indication that you have too much elevator throw. And any extra or extra type plane that is setup properly for IMAC flying will never, ever... did I mention, (never?) snap out of a loop

Backwing:
Back off on the elevator throw a bit at a time till it doesn't snap, otherwise one of these days you'll do a panic pull out close to the ground and guess what happens!? If you want to do it intentionally, give full elevator, left ail. and left rudder at the same time. Try this at the top of your loop. Some planes will do it with just rudder and elevator. One of the first fun aerobatic maneuvers

You probably should retrim the elevator so when pulling a full loop it can't snap at the top just to be SAFE. It will also help keep you from doing something (stupid) that you don't want to in the future. It's safer that way. ENJOY!!!
