Default "Double Beep" With JR Radios

I have noticed on videos where 3d and IMAC pilots are using JR radios, you can here a "double beep" at certain times. I have always wondered what this was. Do any of you guys know?

Thanks in advance,

Bullseye

It's a timer. It helps you keep track of your place in the sequence and your fuel/flight-time.

Also good for making dogs tilt their head and look stupid for a moment.

Now that you mention it I do remember your wife referring to you as a "dog" a few times in Toledo!! But I just thought she was talking about the money you were spending!!!
