Default cowl mounting

I need a really good way to fasten the cowl on a extra 330. I don't want to wind up with long slots where the vibration has hogged out the mounting area, it uses 440 allen head bolts and steel washers, has to be a better way, any suggestions?email direct

Default Cowls

Posted that same question.
The two answers I got were put CA hinges on the inside of the cowl to toughen up the area around the screw and use a thin slice of silicone tubing as a rubber washer to absorb the vibration.
