ive about completed my sky raider mach 1 thanks for the replys on it in the past! my question is i just found out ive got to have carpal tunnel surgery on my hand so im not gonna be flying for a few weeks its cold here anyway and im busy on the farm with alot of tobacco left to strip also so i dont have much time to fly now anyway but i would like to start my .52 evo i wont be able to run it very long or not long enough to adjust it should i wait till i get thru the winter and surgery because it will be setting for a while? or does this even matter ?

It doesn't really matter. If you tweaked it it completely today it would probably still need minor adjusting in the spring anyway. Crank it up and enjoy it for a few days.
Good luck on the surgery.

Yeah. If it's a new engine, go ahead and run it through two or three tanks of fuel. Won't hurt anything, but will help because you won't have to do it when it warms up and you are ready to fly the thing. Don't forget to follow the engine manufacturere's guidelines for break in... break it in rich!! Enjoy your time with the engine. It will give you more incentive to get out and fly it when the weather does improve.
