Its funny but the 1 item that I have had in my flight box that has come in handy more tham a few times is
Packing tape
More than a few times I have taken my wings out and noticed that I have managed to poke a hole on the covering.
So out comes the packing tape and Its a quick repaird to a hole that would have cost me a day of flying.
I have had others ask to use to tape to make a quick repair.

Other than the must have items (the ones that if you forget them, you have to turn around and go home), I'd say a good hobby knife or extra props.

well other than fuel, ignitor, radio, and fuel, id say it would have to be packing take for me also. My planes seem to get nice little rips in the monocote and packing tape is an easy repair.

Hex keys.
CA glue
Glow wrench
Screwdrivers
Tape
Scissors
Knife
Extra fuel tubing
A small box of assorted cap screws of verious sizes ( 4 of each ).
An extra charged ignitor.
A chicken stick.
All of the above gets used.
Everything else goes along for the ride.

My first aid kit. Athough it sits in my car, it's there when the unfortunate time comes that it's needed.

Pair of hemostats. Especially if you have a model with a cowl and no fuel dots so you have to finesse the fuel line on and off the carb barb. Or drop a wing bolt under the servo tray, or bobble a glow plug into the cowl, or want to pinch a line to tell if it's too lean.
Also, insect repellant, hatch tape (like hinge tape), digital voltmeter, set of jewelers screwdrivers, spare prop, 6" adj wrench, two feet of fuel line, one more glow plug, long shanked screwdrivers in #0 & #1 standard and #1 Phillips, the right size hex wrench . . .
Heck, the handiest thing is what you need at the time. Usually it's at home on the workbench.
The thing that gets the most comments is the 11" bladed Swiss bayonet I use as a ground stake to tether the tail to when starting.

All good things to have - my addition is a PROP REAMER. Almost every weekend, someone needs to have a new prop reamed out, especially beginners.

I have one of those little multi-tool do-dads. (Gerber) Its got a pair of needle nose pliers in it. For some reason, folks are always asking for needle nose pliers. The cool thing is, its small and fits in a nylon pouch that hangs on the nylon belt which holds my fuel jug to the end of my box. It was a gift from my brother. Modellers family members always try to find something. And this time it hit the bulls eye. At first, I thought it was kind of a silly tool, but the thing has a good sharp knife and a file, and those pliers. It turned out to be pretty handy after all.
