Default Emailing Horizon

Recently I flew my Pulse XT 40 PNP after an electric fun-fly. Upon landing, the landing gear folded and the plane went shooting down the runway.

I decided to e-mail Horizon on this structural failure. That was about a week ago, and still no answer, the only answer I got was some automatic answering thing that didn't answer my question.

What should I do?

F-15,

when i have a problem(which is rare) with something from them i always call them and talk to them and have always gotten it fixed on the first call, give it a try and see if doesnt work better than E-mailing them.

I would agree, give them a call. Horizon has an outstanding reputation for standing behind their products. Give them a call and I'm pretty sure they'll do whatever they can to help you out.

When I e-mailed Horizon about an issue I was having with a JR radio, I got the automated response, and about 3 days later I received an e-mail from a tech. I agree with Ken and Bruce - give them a call.

I'm a computer tech, and I don't trust e-mail for quick turn around support, I definitely agree with calling. If the tier 1 guy can't fix it and a tier 2 guy isn't in, they'll set up a day for the tier 2 guy to call back. If you happen to miss that call, they'll keep calling until they get a hold of you (not to an anoying point, they will call once, then maybe a few hours later, then give it a couple of days before calling again, but they will call until they get a hold of you).
